Q1. Can I enter the library without a mask? |
|
No. Please wear a mask all the way, otherwise you are not allowed to enter the library. |

Q2. Must I make a reservation for the entrance? |
|
Yes. At present, a reservation system is implemented. The NLC Children's Library receives children aged 15 and below. The guardian can make a reservation for the children. Children entering the Children's Library shall be accompanied by a guardian. Accompanying guardians (one guardian for one child) can enter the NLC Children's Library by presenting the reservation code of the Children's Library, the NLC Reader's Card or valid certificates. Elderly readers aged 60 years or above can make a reservation on behalf of others and enter the library with valid reservation code of that day. For elderly readers who have difficulties in making a reservation can enter the library by registering with a valid ID card. |

Q3. Do I need to make a reservation only for returning books? |
|
There is no reservation need for self-service book return. The location is 24-hour Self-service Book Return in the outside of the East Gate of the NLC South Area. If you need to enter the library for book return, please make a reservation in advance.

|
Wechat reservation: Monday to Sunday 9:00-21:00; Telephone reservation: Monday to Sunday 9:00-16:00; You can make a reservation for the next three days. |

Q5. If I can't come to the library during the reservation period, can I still reserve the right to use the reservation code? |
|
The reservation code is expired once it is overdue. If you can't get to the library, please cancel the reservation as soon as possible, otherwise it may affect your future reservation. |

|
You can check whether the SMS with signature of the NLC has been received in spam SMS, or confirm whether the SMS notification channel of the NLC has been included in the SMS blacklist. |

Method 1: after you make a reservation, the "National Library Service Account" will send you a "reminder of successful reservation" message, and you can check the message.
