A reader, who has the right to check-out Chinese books from the loan stack rooms, automatically has the right to renew a book. Currently foreign language books are not available for renewal.

A reader can renew a book by logging on to the library's OPAC system using his/her Reader's Card (The Reader's Card must be within its validity period without defaulting).

Each Chinese book is allowed to be renewed once only for 31 days after the day it is renewed.

A reader cannot renew a book on the day it is loaned.

A reader cannot renew an overdue book or a book that is on hold for another person.
